Caribbean local version of the classic Kir Royale cocktail. Made from Espero Creole Caribbean Orange, Angostura bitters and chilled champagne, and served in a chilled champagne flute.
- 1 oz – Espero Creole Caribbean Orange
- dash Angostura Bitter
- Champagne – chilled
- Glass: Champagne Glass
Directions
Add Creole Shrubb and bitters to a chilled champagne flute. Fill with chilled brut champagne. Garnish with seasonal fruits, if desired.
